Barbara Margulis is Vice President
of Performance Management and Standards responsible for the implementation
of and compliance to performance and quality standards for JFKIAT.
Ms. Margulis is charged with developing and implementing the methodology
to assess and manage business process documentation, auditing the
company's Key Performance Indicators and recommending improvements.
Ms. Margulis has more than 20 years aviation industry experience.
Since joining IAT in 1998, she has worked in several departments including
Operations, Marketing and Concession Management. Her extensive experience
at JFKIAT enables Ms. Margulis to best focus on improving Customer
Service and Quality at Terminal 4.
